HISTORY

At the heart of New Orleans, Louisiana, the city of culture, rhythm and resilience, you’ll find NOLA native Brandon ‘Xodus’ Ellis. A self-taught projection mapping artist, VFX editor, motion designer and creative director behind independent multimedia studio X Enterprises Intl.

  

Xodus, journey into immersive art was shaped by a foundation in digital media, visual arts, motion graphics, storytelling and marked by a groundbreaking foray into “guerrilla” projection mapping. He introduced this artform to “undeserved” communities In New Orleans, Louisiana with a mission of spreading tranquility in his hometown. This experience influenced his artistic style which became much more than urban beautification but a metamorphosis in the hearts of people. His projections captivated many crowds, and he continues to challenge storytelling by experimenting with light and architecture. 

 

He has showcased works at festivals in North America, Europe, and has collaborated with some of the finest studios to deftly infuse seams of environmental connectivity and societal unity with its unmistakable artistic signature.
